Do you offer gift cards?

We don't currently offer a physical gift card but we are working on this as we know that its such a treat to be given one to go shopping and we obviously want as many of you to shop as possible. We can do e-gift cards and if this is of interest please just contact us for details.

What are the despatch times ?

We try and get our products to you within 5-7 working days but sometimes things don't always work out as we planned. If we think there may be a delay because things are stuck with customs or our manufacturers have issues we will always keep you informed

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of goods if they are exactly as despatched without any damage or wear and tear. We accept things may need to tried on so no issues there but if we need to send things back then we want them to be in perfect condition too. For all returns please contact us for a returns code you can then write on your parcel.

Seasonal and bespoke gifts

When you shop you will see in some product categories that seasonal items and personalised items are non returnable - we always try and make you aware of this prior to purchase so please do check should you have concerns about suitability of certain items.
